AI Day-Trading Bot for Stocks
An automated day trading bot that writes its own strategy ideas every morning, tests them against past market data, and trades only what survives. It is in paper testing right now, with fake money.
Built for
- Traders who want a strategy tested before it trades, every day
- People who cannot watch charts during market hours
- Anyone who wants to see real results, losses included, before deciding
- Traders who never want to hold a position overnight
Why this bot
Most trading bots run one fixed strategy until the market changes and it stops working. Most people find out from their account balance. Day trading by hand has the opposite problem: it needs hours of screen time, and decisions made under pressure are rarely the ones you planned.
We are building a bot that starts each day from scratch. It reads what happened, proposes ideas, tests them with fees and slippage (the gap between the price you expect and the price you get) counted, and keeps strict limits on how much it can risk. Everything it does gets written down, and the daily report uses the broker's numbers, not ours.
Three steps
07:30 research, 08:00 backtest
At 07:30 US Central it reads the news, earlier sessions and its own past results, then writes candidate strategies. At 08:00 it backtests them on our GPUs against past market data, with fees and slippage counted.
08:30 trade, 14:50 flatten
From the open it makes same-day buys and sells, with hard limits on size per trade and on total loss per day. At 14:50 it closes everything. Nothing is held overnight.
15:15 report
After the close it writes a report with real numbers from the broker, losses included. Those results feed into the next morning's research.
Every market day
- researchReads the news, earlier sessions and its own past results, then writes candidate strategies.
- backtestTests each idea on our GPUs against past market data, fees and slippage counted.
- tradeSame-day buys and sells, with hard size and loss limits.
- flattenCloses every position. Nothing held overnight.

Where it stands today
The bot is in paper testing, which means it trades with fake money in a simulated account. No real money goes in until the results earn it. We plan to publish the results on this site after the first few weeks, wins and losses both.
Your money stays in your account
The bot never holds your money. It is planned to connect to your own broker account through API keys with trading permission only and withdrawals off. You can revoke the keys at any time from your broker.
What it will not do
It will not hold positions overnight, trade past its daily loss limit, or promise any return. Trading involves risk and you can lose money. Nothing on this page is investment advice. Pricing and launch timing are not decided yet.
Trading stocks and crypto involves risk, and you can lose money. MinakiBots does not promise returns. Paper or past results don't guarantee future results. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

Questions people ask
Are AI day trading bots profitable?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Many strategies that look good in a backtest lose money live. That is why this bot is in paper testing first, and why we will publish real results, wins and losses.
What is backtesting in trading?
Backtesting means running a strategy on past market data to see how it would have done. It is useful for throwing out bad ideas, but a good backtest is not a guarantee. This bot counts fees and slippage in its backtests so the numbers are closer to what real trading costs.
Can an AI stock trading bot trade with my own broker account?
That is the plan. The bot is planned to connect to your own broker account using API keys with trading permission only and withdrawals turned off. Your money never leaves your account, and you can switch the keys off whenever you want.
Does automated day trading hold stocks overnight?
Some bots do. This one will not. It closes every position at 14:50 US Central, before the market closes, so nothing carries into the next day.
Do I need $25,000 to day trade with a bot?
In the US, the pattern day trader rule generally applies to margin accounts that make four or more day trades in five business days, and it requires $25,000 in the account. A bot is subject to the same broker rules as you are. Check with your broker for how it applies to your account.
