Crypto Arbitrage Scanner and Price-Gap Alerts
We're building a price-gap bot that compares the same coin across exchanges and alerts you when a gap is big enough to matter after fees. It is not built yet; join early access to follow it.
Built for
- Traders who already hold accounts on several exchanges
- People curious about crypto arbitrage who want the honest math first
- Anyone who wants price-gap alerts without staring at five order books
- Researchers tracking how prices differ between exchanges and regions
Why this bot
Arbitrage means buying a coin where it is cheaper and selling it where it is more expensive. Price gaps between exchanges do appear, and many scanners show big raw gaps that look easy.
Most of those gaps disappear once you count real costs: trading fees on both sides, withdrawal fees, network fees, slippage (getting a worse price than shown because the order book is thin) and time. Moving coins between exchanges can take minutes to hours, and by then the gap is usually gone. Some gaps exist only because an exchange has paused withdrawals, so nobody can actually move coins to use them.
Three steps
Pick coins and exchanges
You will choose the coins you care about and the exchanges where you hold accounts, so alerts only show gaps you could actually act on.
The bot does the math
It is planned to compare live order books, not just last prices, and subtract trading fees, withdrawal and network fees, and expected slippage for your trade size. It also checks whether deposits and withdrawals are open.
Get an alert
When a gap clears your minimum after costs, you get a text, email or Discord alert with the estimated net gap, the transfer time risk and the order book depth.
What it will and will not do
It is planned to alert only, with no automatic trading in the first version and no exchange keys needed. It will not tell you a gap is a sure thing, because prices can move while you transfer.
Status and risk
This bot is COMING: it is not built yet. Arbitrage involves risk and you can lose money, from price moves during transfers, delayed withdrawals or exchange problems. Nothing here is investment advice.
What we are still deciding
Which exchanges come first, and whether a later version should place trades through API keys with trading permission only and withdrawals off.
Trading stocks and crypto involves risk, and you can lose money. MinakiBots does not promise returns. Paper or past results don't guarantee future results. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

Questions people ask
Is crypto arbitrage still profitable?
Nobody can promise that. Large exchanges are watched by fast, well-funded trading firms, so most clean gaps close in seconds. Gaps that last longer usually have a reason, like slow withdrawals or thin order books. We will publish what our scanner actually sees, including how rare real gaps are.
Why do crypto prices differ between exchanges?
Each exchange has its own buyers and sellers, its own fees and sometimes its own rules on deposits and withdrawals. Regional demand and local currency pairs also play a part.
Why do most arbitrage gaps disappear?
Fees on both trades, withdrawal and network fees, slippage and transfer time add up. A 1 percent raw gap can turn into a loss once those are counted.
Do I need money on both exchanges for arbitrage?
To act fast, most arbitrage traders keep funds on both sides so they can buy and sell at once, then rebalance later. That also means more money sitting on exchanges, which carries its own risk.
