Rug Pull Checker: Is This Token Safe?
We're building a token safety bot that checks a new token's contract and trading setup for common rug-pull red flags before you buy. A clean check lowers your risk; it never removes it. It is not built yet; join early access to follow it.
Built for
- People who buy new or small tokens and want a quick check first
- Anyone who has asked "is this token safe?" in a group chat and gotten no real answer
- Communities that want a plain-language report to share before a launch
- Traders who want to spot the obvious traps fast
Why this bot
A rug pull is when the people behind a token take the money and leave, often by pulling the trading liquidity or printing more tokens and selling them. New tokens launch constantly, and many are built to do exactly this.
Most of the warning signs are visible on chain if you know where to look, but checking them by hand takes time and know-how that most buyers do not have in the minute before they buy. This bot is planned to run the checks and explain each result in plain words.
Three steps
Paste a token address
You will paste the token's contract address and pick the chain. No wallet connection and no keys are needed.
The bot runs its checks
Planned checks include: can someone still mint more tokens (mint authority), is the liquidity locked and until when, how much of the supply the top wallets hold, can the owner freeze or tax transfers, and a simulated sell test to catch honeypots, which are tokens you can buy but cannot sell.
Read the report
Each check gets a clear pass, warning or fail with one sentence on why it matters. You can also set alerts if something changes later, such as a liquidity lock expiring.
What it will and will not do
It will flag known red flags. It will not tell you whether to buy, and it cannot catch everything: a team can pass every check and still walk away, or sell slowly over months. A passing report means fewer known traps, not a safe investment.
Status and risk
This bot is COMING: it is not built yet. New tokens are among the riskiest things in crypto, and you can lose all of your money. Nothing here is investment advice.
What we are still deciding
Which chains come first. Ethereum is likely; Solana and other popular chains for new launches are being considered.
Trading stocks and crypto involves risk, and you can lose money. MinakiBots does not promise returns. Paper or past results don't guarantee future results. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

Questions people ask
How do I know if a token is a rug pull?
Common warning signs are a team that can still mint tokens, unlocked or short-locked liquidity, a few wallets holding most of the supply, and contracts that block or heavily tax selling. None of these prove a rug pull, and passing all of them does not rule one out.
Is there a way to check if a token is safe?
You can check for known red flags, which is what this bot is planned to do. No tool can confirm a token is safe, because the biggest risk is the people behind it, and code cannot fully check intent.
What is a honeypot token?
A honeypot is a token whose contract lets you buy but blocks or heavily taxes selling, so your money is stuck. A simulated sell test, run without spending real funds, can catch many of them.
What does liquidity locked mean?
It means the funds that let people trade the token are held in a contract that cannot be withdrawn until a set date. A lock makes one kind of rug pull harder, but only until it expires.
Are token scanners accurate?
They are accurate about what the contract allows today, and they can miss new tricks. Treat any scanner, including ours, as a first filter, not a final answer.
