What it will and will not do
It will point you to new events and the public record behind them. It will not value a property, tell you what to bid, or check title and liens for you. A foreclosure filing is the start of a court case, not a sale date, and many cases end without a sale. Always do your own checks or work with an attorney or agent.

How do I find foreclosures in Will County before they hit Zillow?
Illinois foreclosures go through the courts, so the earliest public sign is usually the case filing at the Will County Circuit Clerk. You can search those records yourself. Property Deal Bot is planned to do that checking for you and send the new ones as alerts.
