Rent our bot fleet

We run our own fleet of bots that collect public records from county, city and state websites. Today they collect 24.5 million public records from 213 live sources in 3 states (see the coverage map).

What you can ask for

Public records from places we don't cover yet, a type of record we don't collect yet, or regular updates of records we already collect. Property parcels, tax sale and sheriff sale lists, code violations, building permits and business filings are the usual ones.

How it works

Leave your email below and we'll write to you to ask what you need and where. We check whether the sources are public and whether our bots can collect them, then reply with what's possible and what it would cost. Nothing is built or charged until you agree.

What we don't do

We only collect public records that are published for anyone to see. We don't collect anything behind a login or paywall, and we don't sell personal profiles.
