What the bots collect
Each source is a public website or data service run by a county, city or state: property parcel maps, tax sale and sheriff sale lists, code violations, building permits, business filings and similar public records. A source counts as live once a bot has collected records from it and keeps them up to date. Sources we've found but haven't collected yet aren't counted here.
The records feed our own bots, such as the Property Deal Bot, the Tax Sale and Auction Bot and the Contractor Lead Bot.
